General / Senior IT Manager - SAP S/4 HANA SD, SFA, Omnichannel IT Projects

Job Location : Bangalore

- Leading the entire IT systems of Sales, Marketing, Retail, eCommerce, Logistics, Consumer Loyalty as well as brand, corporate websites, Social Media & Processes across all business lines.

- A Key member of the IT team who will play a pivotal role in identifying IT opportunities working closely with business led sales automation teams and integrating Business Leaders, stakeholders and technology to drive digital transformation.

Education :

- Engineering (BE/B. Tech) graduate or a reputed Business Administration qualification

- SAP Certification in SD module and preferably in S-Logistics (S/4 HANA)

Years of Experience : 14 to 15 Years

Experience:

- Have lead multi locational IT projects

- Have lead IT enabled Process Transformational and Improvement Projects in Sales, Marketing and Warehousing domains.

- Knowledge in Analytics Platforms like Power BI, Tableau, ClickView etc., preferably with project experience

- Good Functional knowledge on web technologies and mobile application technologies with focus on UX design and governance

- Hands on implementation and governance experience of SFA, DMS, Retail POS systems with omni channel capabilities

- Hands on experience in SAP SD module

- Hands on experience in setting up and managing E Commerce platforms

- Implemented Customer loyalty, trade loyalty projects.

While not mandatory, would prefer:

- Knowledge of Assortment Planning solutions

- Domain knowledge over Apparel and Retail Industries and proven track record in this Industry

- Led Projects of process re-engineering and cost optimization

- Exposure to Change management

- PMP certification

- Participated in Enterprise level Digital Transformation Projects

- Participated in AI, ML, IOT, RFID enablement projects
