Scrum Master - IT

Skills/Experience:

1. Certified scrum master with a min exp of 6-8 yrs.

2. Hands on experience in Agile practices. Should be able to play the role of an agile coach to setup best practices across a geographically spread-out team

3. Someone dynamic with good attitude, who looks out for opportunities to continuously improve process/practices followed

4. Experience using Jira and Confluence is a must

5. Must be an excellent communicator, efficient and individual contributor

6. Overlap with US until midnight IST is a must
