Scrum Master - Insurance Product Firm

Seeking certified Scrum master for one of the Insurance captive for their technology center in Gurgaon/Chennai.

Scrum Master :

- Technical or business team

- Manage 1 - 2 Scrum teams

- 3+ years of project delivery-related experience using any Agile delivery frame work;

- SAFe or Scrum Master certification

Role Summary :

- Facilitate the cross-functional delivery of a range of business and technology deliverables using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning and dependency management techniques.

- Holds the Product Owner and Development team accountable for their responsibilities in running the scrum process.

- Facilitate release planning and governance activities across teams.

- Visualize program and delivery progress via status reports and dashboards for leadership, while helping remove roadblocks and maintaining a laser focus on enabling consistent velocity and delivery for core team members

- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks; define and drive mitigation plans

- Operate as a servant leader for the team and coach roles and stakeholders on understanding of the Scrum methodology

- Advocate for agile principles and help negotiate agreements between teams; facilitate productive communication between teams and among teammates

- Identify and champion when process or technology improvements may be warranted; lead continuous improvement by identifying and remediating cross-functional process gaps across your teams and the technology organization at large

- Act as data steward for team metrics such as timesheets, estimates, velocity, rosters, etc.
