Scrum Master - Insurance

Organization is a large Insurance organization based in India and this need is for their Bangalore office.

Responsibilities :

- Managing all scrum meetings

- Organize and facilitate Sprint Events - Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives

- Educate scrum methodology and agile framework to the team members and key stakeholders.

- Administer team agile maturity assessments and develop coaching plans accordingly using Agility Health Radar

Need :

- Good education + Scrum certification

- 7+ years of experience

- 3+ years as Scrum Master

- MUST HAVE experience in the Insurance domain

- Good experience of building and leading Agile teams

- Experience in facilitating Sprint Events

- Have experience in evangelizing Agile / Scrum within the organization

- Have good English skills
