Role: One of our clients, a global consulting firm, is looking to hire a Scrum Master to join their consulting practice Job Description: - Accountable for ensuring that the Scrum team understands Agile practices, Scrum framework and values, and that the team uses this framework to deliver working software - Helps the Scrum team to define their ways of working and the definition of any processes that provide structure - Provides constant support to the Scrum team using a Servant Leadership style whenever possible and leading by example - Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution to help the teams become high-performing - Guides and coaches the Scrum team on self-organizing - Assesses Scrum Maturity and take action to improve to ensure a high performing team delivering excellent customer outcomes Skills required: - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP) - Strong understanding of the Agile Manifesto and principles - Overall 6-8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master - The role is based out of Bangalore and will be on an initial 6-12 month contract.
