- Certified Scrum Master having experience in Agile deliveries for at least 5 years preferably in financial world - Coordinate and train the staff on agile methodology and onboard them with implementation of scrum framework - Closely work with Product owner to translate stories and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for scrum team - Helping the team to agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint - Project planning, monitoring, ensuring quality deliverables - Managing project scope, timelines, schedule and overall change management - Ensure any and every facilitation to self-organizing development teams to achieve project goals and remove any blockers - Coordinate daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint review and planning - Work with team and other internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making to deliver objectives of project - Single point of contact for external communication - Work with Product Owner to manage backlog and new requirements - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles when necessary - Applies refinement, story-splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other scrum techniques
