Scrum Master - Agile Methodology/Project Management - IT

Job Title: Scrum Master | Reqd Exp: 8+ Years | Location : Noida, Sector - 127

Job Specs :

- Be accountable for ensuring the Scrum team(s) understand Agile practices and SAFe framework to focus on value-based outcomes delivered to the customers

- Assesses and continuously improve the Scrum Maturity of the team

- Work closely with the Product Owner

- Ensure creation of dashboards and workflows in tools used by Scrum teams for faster value delivered with quality (like Jira etc)

- Actively contribute to the Agile & Technology Centre of Excellence (CoE) by cross-sharing best practices and learnings and implementing them in future Sprints

Qualifiers :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience with recent 2+ years of practical hands-on experience in the role of Scrum Master and / or Agile Coach

- Deep understanding of the Scrum and SAFe principles and framework

- Experience of aligning Clients and teams mind-set, culture and structure to Agile ways of working

- Scrum Master certification

- Experience of executing programs with teams working on latest tools and technologies
