Regional Sales Manager:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Company has Saas Based software platform and products for Sports industry.

Profile requires sales to Govt, state and Central Governments, Government Institutions, Govt. Sports Bodies. Person should have experience in handling govt. large & medium accounts and selling products and services.

Key Skills

1. Should be a graduate with 4-6 years of relevant sales experience. MBA degree is a plus.

2. Strong knowledge and experience managing State/Central Government & Public Sectors is essential.

3. Comprehensive sales skills ranging from cold calling, generating new leads Presentation, negotiation & closure.

4. Experience working with field sales, partners, technical, and operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals.

5. Should have Understanding of sales performance metrics

6. Should speak English & Hindi fluently, since clients will be from various parts of India

7. Should have interest and exposure to sports.

8. Should have good understanding of SaaS model.

9. Excellent communication(written and verbal) and negotiation skills

10. Should be hand on with MS Office software (MS Excel in particular)

11. Should have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize based on customer needs.

JOB Role

1. Actively network and build relationships with State/Central Government & Public Sectors across India.

2. Online and offline BID submissions along with Queries / Clarifications responses & abiding Tender process guidelines

3. Managing all logistics for smoother and timely physical/online BID submissions & Liasioning with all Stakeholders

4. Performing End to End Tender Management during all online and offline participation

5. Demand planning and Revenue forecasting related to tenders

6. Coordination with Tendering authority on all Tender schedules along with EMD return receipts, post BID evaluation and accordingly their closure in our financial books through finance

7. Work strategically with the management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges and provide recommended solutions.

8. Be cognizant of every marketing initiative and use them to effectively increase pipe and revenue and work toward company objectives.

9. Consistent achievement of sales quotas and forecasted revenue targets.

10. Help improve Scoreup product and offerings based on client feedback and needs.

11. Requires extensive travel to various states within India.
