Responsibilities:
- Uncover digital trends and lead digital education for clients and internal teams on strategic initiatives across Technology, Digital Marketing, Branding, Social, and Mobile.
- Craft custom B2B, B2C & B2D data-driven market plans that align with customer KPIs and competitive research.
- Experience in working closely with global clients and implementation partners to optimize business processes, resolve key business critical issues in real time, increase sales on various E-commerce Channels and help businesses realize operational excellence.
- Own Customer engagement along the path to purchase while collaborating with internal and external partners as additional capabilities are needed.
- Work with Analytics team to establish framework for measurement of digital channels performance, including KPIs and acceptable ROI and leverage the analytics to continually optimize spend.
- Manage the day to day constraints of project timelines and budget accountability and transitions, seamlessly across projects of varying scale, audience, format and channels.
- Develop and mentor large teams of Digital Marketers, ensuring effectiveness of teams adherence to project demands.
Desired Profile:
- A Multi-function Marketing Specialist with Martech/Digital Technology understanding, who looks for ideas and the unexpected through analytics, audience insights and brand/marketing strategies.
- Expertise to set-up Marketing Automation practice with tools like Marketo/Salesforce etc.,
- Sound understanding of Website Operations and web Analytics.
- A thought leader and a subject matter expert and industry thought leader to the media (publish white papers, and contribute to online forums and blogs, etc.).
- Strong background in customer acquisition strategies, partnerships, multi-channel commerce marketing for B2B & B2c markets, experience and decipher huge amount of data.
- Skilled in reporting on all KPIs, marketing performance, user behavior, channels, marketing tests and uncovering insights in order to improve traffic, conversion and financial results.
- Impeccable usage of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Qualifications:
- Masters in International Business & Marketing from a Tier-1 Institute in India or abroad.
- Minimum 15 years of Digital marketing experience with not less than 5 years in Leadership roles.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing multi-cultural global teams is highly preferred.
- Should be flexible to work out of office in Bangalore on a full-time basis (As on date - Hybrid work model with 2 days a week from office)
