Job Description:

- Handled US recruitment/Domestic Recruitment

- Understanding of IT technologies

- Understanding the Job descriptions

- Extraction of suitable candidates depending on the requirement from various channels of sources.

- Sourcing/Screening the candidates as per feasibility.

- Telephonic screening of CV's.

- Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an Interview.

- Ensure seamless Coordinate with the internal Panel and the candidates.

- A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on US Recruitment /Domestic

- Handled Green card/LC processing.

- Recruitment

- Work timing - 6 AM to 4 PM /12 Noon to 10 PM- depends on the work load

- Excellent communication skills.

- Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals.

- Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.

- Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster and Career Builder and other Job Portals.

- Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.

- Organized and process Oriented, Strong analytically sense and organization skills

- Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills

- Excellent skills in MS Office MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.,

- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
