As a Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product development and enhancement in an engaging, functional way. Responsibilities and Duties: - Design and produce key aspects of the product road map for the core Decisioning Engine and Data Science Platform. - Lead process to create standard product features which will include establishing business requirements, reviewing technical and functional specifications, usability of the system, common technical integration requirements and variation of credit risk within commercial banks. - Implement product solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders - senior management, project managers, technology team, sales team, and professional services team. - Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities which influence the product road map Skills & competencies: - 8+ years of Experience within a regulatory reporting role - Compliance or Risk Function - Leadership experience in a management role in a software organization, consultancy or a financial institution. - Familiarity with modern credit risk management techniques and proficiency in statistical techniques; Credit Risk Modelling, Basel II/III (PD, LGD, EAD), Loss Forecasting, Offer Optimization etc. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams - Ability to manage and multi-task under tight deadlines
