Scienaptic's Ether platform is fundamentally disrupting the way consumer credit is administered. Financial institutions looking to expand their addressable market are engaging with Ether, which offers a suite of smart AI tools to better identify qualified prospects, flag high-risk prospects, and offer a more complete risk assessment. This approach allows financial institutions to attract prospects that were previously off the map and lend profitably to a previously underserved market. This is a mission-critical role responsible for providing thought leadership and analytical solutioning across consumer credit lifecycle for US banks and FinTechs. Job Responsibilities - Manage overall delivery across engagement and serve as first point of escalation - Connect regularly with client at CXO levels for the delivery and identifying new opportunities - Expected to have high level technical &amp; functional knowledge to explain business problems to internal teams and cascade information in the most lucid form. Assist account managers in related business development activities to grow mindshare and market share in the account - Strong pre-sales support in constructing high-quality analytical solutions for potential Retail Lending clients Skills &amp; competencies: - 7 - 10 years of professional experience in large US bank(s) in the areas of credit risk and customer management - Deep understanding/experience of credit risk management principles with underwriting and customer management knowledge - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to lead and perform data analytics - Track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with cutting edge credit risk system designs and interfaces such as APIs, digital capability, etc. is a plus - Experience/Familiarity with Big Data and Machine Learning will be an added advantage Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
