If you- re comfortable with ambiguity, excited by change, and excel through autonomy, Scienaptic will be the perfect place for you We are looking for an energetic and experienced person as Delivery Leader- SCM Analytics Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall delivery across engagement and serve as first point of escalation; Manage P&amp;L for the account - Engage with clients to understand their pain points, define business problems, gather business requirements and deliver data driven strategy and solutions - Connect regularly with client at CXO levels for the delivery and identifying new opportunities - Manage highly motivated team of high performing individuals to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met maintaining highest standards of quality - Support recruitment, training and retention of team members Skills and Competencies - 8+ years- experience in SCM analytics, including experiences with SCM tools - Advanced degree in General Management/Operations/SCM from a tier 1 college - Proven ability to build strong long-term relationships with a broad set of stakeholders across different levels of the organization - Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced constantly-changing environment - Ability to communicate powerfully and publicly to broad, deep and diverse audiences; ability to simplify complex concepts and messages for consumption - Proven track record making decisions that may be critical to the overall success of major projects
