Job Responsibilities : - Establish and maintain relationships with all client stakeholders - Partner with the clients &amp; propose solutions. Design program roadmap and drive execution - Accountable for developing strategic partnerships - Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives for assigned client accounts - Work with cross-functional teams of client and Scienaptic team members to deliver projects - Drive associated projects with client through daily/weekly calls - Determine scope and objectives and develop appropriate work plans; Monitor daily progress - Manage client escalations and work with team to get quick resolution - Performance review and mentorship of reporting team Desired qualifications and skills : - 10+ years of software delivery experience. - 5+ years of experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade applications. - Knowledge of Spark and Hadoop is a plus - Excellent client engagement skills is a must - Proven track record of success in a leadership (director and above) sales role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data - Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - Exceptional presentation, organization, and negotiation skills - Strong people management and decision-making skills - High-energy self-started as well as a collaborative team player - Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment - Experience with managing multiple work streams concurrently and managing resources to ensure on-time delivery.&nbsp; - Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and make effective decisions - Ability to make objective decisions using data points.
