Job Brief :  Schoolkart is looking for a passionate Account Managers who will partner with key stakeholders such as schools, vendors and customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned vendors and schools, develop new business from existing stakeholders and actively seek new opportunities.  Schoolkart.com :  Schoolkart.com is India's largest online platform for School Uniforms, Books, Shoes, Stationery, Accessories and School Supplies. Developing strong relationships with all the stake holders in the school i.e. Vendor, School management and Parents.  2. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to account management.  3. Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.  4. Communicating clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives and KRA's to internal and external stakeholders.   5. Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.  6. Organizing and managing events inside/outside schools.  7. Managing of supply for efficient operations, thus making Schoolkart the most trusted brand in school supplies.   8. Making and following a roster for all the touch points with school and vendors.  9. Ultimately, a successful Account manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales quotas and grow the business.  Key Requirements/Traits :  1. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all stakeholders  2. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills  3. Excellent verbal communications skills  4. Passion for Selling and ability to take complete ownership   5. Candidate should be extremely patient and should be willing to work in a challenging start-up environment.  6. Self-Motivated, strong presence of mind and excellent time management skills.  Qualifications :  1. Fresher's preferred. Maximum of 2 years of work experience.  2. Prior Start-up experience will be preferred in-case of candidates with work experience.  Other Information :  1. One Account Manager (AM) will manage 10 school relationships and 5-7 Vendor relationships.  2. Compensation will be in the form of a Salary + Incentives (Based on Sales Targets, KRA's and Performance  Salary Offered : 4-10 LPA
