To drive student admission numbers through Channel partners 2. Expansion of Channel partners 3. Quality Improvement initiatives 4. Meeting admission targets 5. Will work closely with Sales Head to develop short and long term strategies to efficiently grow the total business 6. Will ensure team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers. 7. Maintaining relationships with Universities Functional/Technical skills : 1. Business Development 2. Team management Behavioural skills : Communication skills/ team leading - Very good communication skills (both oral & written) - Team management - Able to work independently - Patient & dynamic personality - Willing to take challenges - Can carry a team, able to work with other functions, resolve conflicts Salary Offered : 20 LPA (15 LPA Fixed and 5 LPA Variable) This is also dependent on candidate's last drawn compensation!
