Scope of Work: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - You will work with and align the Marketing and Admissions teams to create and implement the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets - Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth - You'll own, build and grow brand SOAL amongst all stakeholders internally, and externally and ensure a uniform messaging and positioning across all communication is maintained - You will build feedback loops with all teams of the organisation to understand the needs, requirement and the impact of your work on them to iteratively evolve the work done in marketing and admissions - You will be responsible for market research, and devising and developing go-to-market strategies for all the existing and new product offerings of the School Qualifications and Character traits: - 4+ years of experience across growth, marketing, brand-building and sales - Should have previously showcased data-driven approach and possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data. - Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and topics clearly, thoroughly, and succinctly - Strong hands-on experience in Growth Hacking, Content Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing. - Hands-on knowledge of various analytic tools and platforms - Experience and inclination towards research-based work - Experience in adapting content for digital media platforms - Exceptional attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills - Self-starter, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, exceptional work ethic, team player Additional Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidates will add some of the following: - Storyboarding and storytelling expertise - A curious interest in technology and its future - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and Hubspot (other CRM tools) - Interested in understanding and researching on new age learning methodologies and their applications
