Scope of Work(Responsibilities include, but are not limited to): - Embody and define brand SOAL, be the central voice for anything related to the brand. Across multiple touchpoints with learners and recruiters. - Become its custodian throughout the journey of a learner and recruiter. - Partner with other teams to extend this Brand Vision and Plan and ensure it is reflected in everything we do - Get creative with what and how we communicate with our audience. Strategize and execute campaigns and communication across platforms through social media, emailers, Telegram groups, Clubhouse, events, etc. Think of content and communication with a 360-degree media approach. - Work with the design to create visuals to create appealing content. Explore verbal, audio, written and all other forms of communication. - Conceptualise and execute brand campaigns, online and offline, to drive organic and inorganic customer acquisition and brand awareness - Create and execute the social media strategy with internal and external stakeholders - Strategize and execute the content direction for all the School's external properties (website, brochures, stories, articles, marketing material, presentations, etc.) - Develop, execute and update the communication plan for lead, applicant, learner, alumni, catalyst and recruiter engagement and nurturing - Ideate and execute effective PR campaign strategies with our partner agency - Explore new avenues or channels for providing value in terms of content and build a community or attract audiences from those channels to our owned properties.
