ScholarsClub - Senior Vice President - Sales & Distribution

- We are looking for a Sales and Distribution leader to join us and lead the establishment of the sales function. We are hiring for a startup in the hardware segment that is looking to expand pan India.

- The SVP - Sales will work directly with the Cofounders and build the complete distribution network across both Modern Trade and General Trade channels from scratch, and setup systems and processes to manage operations at scale.

- He/she will lead the on-ground sales team, and strategize and execute initiatives to enhance the performance of company's sales function.

- The sales leader should have 15+ years of experience in setting-up and managing large scale distribution networks across MT and GT for FMCG, Consumer durables or hardware industry.

- Should be well-versed with the latest technology and applications used for managing the salesforce.
