Responsibilities:  - Detailed Review of available cost sheet w.r.t cost backup data like vendor quotes & validity thereof, Tax structure, Price variation /Exchange variation clause, Scope of work, terms of payment, LD clause & any other liability.  - Time schedule of the contract  - Detailed project Risk & opportunity analysis along with sales team  - After award of the contract, book the project in SAP.  - Detailed Review of contracts (post award of order) w.r.t financial aspects: payment schedules, tax issues, commercial issues  - Ensure documentation for required bonds and guarantees & timely submission of financial instruments to clients  - Ensure on time customer billing and revenue recognition in SAP  - Ensure timely submission of invoices to customer  - Day to day analysis of Debtors & update of customer wise ledger in SAP & excel  - Provide extensive support to entire project execution team during whole life cycle of the projects,  - Insurance : Ensure timely lodging of insurance claim based on the feedback from project team & follow-up thereafter.  - Monitor and analyze project financial transactions/activities throughout execution reflecting the status of the project both for actual and forecasted data to completion (project costs, revenue, margin, cash flow). Keep close monitoring of the recorded cost , total committed cost w.r.t planned cost & balance cost to complete the project.  - Support and work with project management to ensure that all necessary updates to the project forecast are timely accounted for, reflected in the ERP system, and reported in the monthly project tools (reports)  - Prepare monthly project financial & some MIS reports,  - Active participation in project review process with Business  - Knowledge of project tax - WCT, VAT, C form transaction, Service tax & ensure compliance of the same during execution of the project.  Experience & Qualification:  - 3-7 years of Project controlling experience  - SAP knowledge is a must  - Qualified CA/ICWA
