Summary: The BI Analyst has the ability to support the business along the Analytics Value Chain. Analytics Value Chain covers 9 areas and the BI Analyst is covering from 1) to 7). In scope: 1) identifying the need for data,&nbsp; 2) analyzing data,&nbsp; 3) crunching/cleaning data,&nbsp; 4) managing database,&nbsp; 5) designing and improving metadata systems,&nbsp; 6) computing data,&nbsp; 7) visualization, Optional:&nbsp; 8) developing algorithms and&nbsp; 9) using predicting models As the amount of data that we perform analysis on is increasing, BI Analyst needs to have or develop programming language as a separated skill (Good knowledge of SQL (Language to query databases). Key responsibilities: - Participates in country or regional commercial policy & pricing projects and leads the analysis part (e.g. discount analysis, list price analysis etc..) Work with business (operations &amp; business units) to analyze key data, provide insights &amp; recommendations in the field of pricing and commercial policy - Provide functional expertise on data &amp; business analytics - Expert in data acquisition, data filtering (cleaning), data visualization and connecting data with insights - Develop ETL procedures to integrate data from multiple sources - Work with the business to collect and apply the rules for data transformation - Run data quality assurance process - Develop Tableau dashboards based on the state of the art UX - Work with data scientists to embed some insights into Tableau dashboards - Develop significant expertise in the business meaning of the data coming from multiple systems - Be the go to person providing ad-hoc advice to our operations on ETL &amp; BI related matters Summary of required technical qualifications and skills: - At least 3 years of hands on experience with data transformation &amp; BI in at least 2 out of following domains - Sales/Marketing/Pricing/Finance/Supply chain/web/e-commerce. - Excellent knowledge of SQL including query optimization - Hands on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI) - Very good data visualization skills - Practical experience with AWS platform (Redshift, S3, Athena etc.), Alteryx and Informatica and experience of working in AGILE methodology will be an asset. - The BI Analyst should have the Digital Acumen that relies on Internet literacy, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) literacy, media literacy and information literacy. - Expert in using Tableau or Power BI tool, Excel or Access.
