Reports to (position title): VP Human Resources
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination with GSC senior leadership team
Coordinating for the internal events - town hall and other events
Development of annual content and activity plan for communication with timelines and location specific differences
Development of 4 standard communication packages based on the QBR's
Briefing on content and design requirements
Employee engagement activity execution
Course correction discussions with GSC
Agency Briefing- Event Management Team briefing for GSC Staff visits & other important events.
Preparation of Internal Communication Plan/Strategy with Timelines and Actionables
Detailed Communication Calendar (Drafting a detailed communications plan including a yearly calendar with all activities)
Campaign strategy and Execution, Strategizing the campaign (pre, event, post campaign communication) 12 in a year
Measure communication effectiveness(Campaign impact analysis and feedback gathering)
Communication Consistency(Deploy an effective channel strategy to ensure that the communication mediums used are consistent across the organization)
Communication Guidelines (Ensure that all communications adhere to brand guidelines. ) ongoing
Internal Event Communication
Strategy + planning activity (internal + agency)
Event Planning and Execution
Driving Townhall meetings
Stakeholder coordination
Communication Design and Planning
