Schneider Electric - Manager - Digital Demand Generation

Schneider Electric India is looking for a Manager - Digital Demand Generation to be based out of Bangalore, India. If you're a demand gen specialist with direct experience in email nurturing and marketing, we want to talk to you!

You will be accountable for the creation and management of integrated database marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead conversion, engagement and management of lead to revenue funnel.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Generating and driving, demand and nurture strategy, optimizing the Marketing tools to execute, track, report and analyze to drive leads to sales quicker.

- Responsible for developing, implementing and advancing our database marketing program to meet business objectives.

- Measure and monitor program effectiveness and share learnings regularly.

- Partner with marketing and business teams to establish demand generation priorities, calendaring, campaign execution, and measurement.

- Manage outside vendors to augment internal capabilities.

- Owner of Global Marketing Database for the region. Manage email database and list segmentation to continually improve ROI.

- Work and collaborate with Global Demand Generation team.

Experience & Key Skills - 

- An MBA is required with 6 - 10 years of demand generation & database/email marketing experience.

- Marketo Certified Expert with deep understanding of Salesforce and Google Analytics.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to be deep in the data and to distill executive-level insights.

- Expertise using one or more of the major Email Service Providers (ESP)

- Extremely strong time and project management skills.

- Experience designing, executing, and measuring A/B or multivariate experiments.
