JOB DESCRIPTION - LV PANELS AND SOLUTIONS SALES - This profile is for creating a value based solution opportunity in market through consultative, technical solution sales approach.This includes new customers, green field and large brown field orders from existing customers, EPC/ MEP Contractors, and End users - Schneider Electric leverages the LV Panels and Solutions Sales team to sell LV products and solutions on EcoStruxure Platformto create a value to customer and be a leader in energy management solutions in market. 1. Responsible for the Sales of LV Panels and Solutions for Turnkey Electrical Distribution Projects in assigned market to ensure that annual personal and department sales volume are achieved in terms of bookings, billings, operating profit etc. 2. Ensure increase in share though sales for entire range of products - Global and Indigenized products/ solutions. Turnkey Electrical Distribution Solutions on EcoStruxure. 3. Provide value-added solution through consultative solution approach. 4. Create account plans, Create MIS of all the projects of Identified Key Accounts with their execution Plan. 5. Update regularly Sales Force online portal for Customer Visits, New Opportunities, Order Booking Forecasts and account plans. 6. Ensure the Projects plus LV Panels Funnel shall be Maintain at 4X of Annual Operations Plan [AOP]. 7. Develop &amp; maintain relationships with potential customers- accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets. 8 Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information to the Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director. 9. Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 10. Responsible for coordination with internal stakeholders for effective Solution Design to ensure most viable and effective solution is designed to meet customer's requirements. 11. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and energy offerings and methodologies. 12. In-depth understanding of IoT platforms in Electrical Distribution of competitors and Schneider Electric 13. Handling consultants, client, architects, and EPC/ MEP contractors in assigned market; Specification &amp; Prescription in RFQ document EXPECTED SKILLS -&nbsp; 1. An Electrical engineer with MBA would be preferred or it can be engineering. 2. Min 8 years of relevant experience in LV Panels, Turnkey Projects - Electrical Distribution Sales 3. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. 4. Good knowledge of LV Switchgear, Relays, Meters and IoT 5. Good exposure to region's competition customers, fit-out market and consultants. 6. Good presentation skills, analytical&amp; troubleshooting skills. 7. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. 8. Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a team work environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to details. 9. Ability to perform and work well under pressure. 10. Willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing &amp; changing environment, participate to the development of new ideas &amp; concepts. 11. Passion for working in a leading-edge environment with associated challenging objectives &amp; fast-evolving organization and market.
