Designation - Finance & Control Manager (Diversity)

Location - Gurgaon

Qualification - CA/MBA

Experience - 7+ years

Role - IC

1. As business partner during project Execution, support and challenge Project Manager in all relevant projects aspects with close focus/follow up on the finance activities (Revenue recognition, Margin, Cash, Tax, - ) in order to improve project financial performance.

2. Monitor and analyze project financial transactions/activities throughout execution reflecting the status of the project both for actual and forecasted data to completion (project costs, revenue, margin, cash flow). Keep close monitoring of the recorded cost, total committed cost w.r.t planned cost & balance cost to complete the project.

3. As business partner for tender/ bid review, support and challenge the financial aspects for new opportunities as well with captured lessons learned from executed projects

4. Support Hub India Finance leader, in ensuring the implementation of the Financial governance as defined by the Global team : REL, KPIs, Risk & Contract, Solutions Guidelines

5. Providing to the Execution Center leader with the local financial performance around project execution: margin slippage and cash performance (R-I-C).Active participation in project review process with business

6. Build KPI (GM OTD variation, GM backlog, etc...), rolling forecast, monthly reporting, in order to understand the performance of execution and to propose and support action plans to management.

7. Preparation of various project & overall business unit MIS.

Internal Interaction :

- Internal role this position would need to interact with to enable success in day to day work

- Business Heads, Zone CFO, Execution team, Global Function/ senior management in global organization of BU / Global Ops, GSC, FISS. Rest of Finance Functions (Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Credit, SRM, Legal)

External Interactions - (Outside the Organization) :

- External role this position would need to interact with to enable success in day to day work Auditors, Customers

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience

- CA/MBA. 7 +Yrs of total experience; Exposure to manage P&L for minimum 3 yrs. Experience in Industries with Projects/Solutions business. Experience in partnering the business towards end to end project life cycle. Exposure to control processes & systems including ERP system, preferably SAP
