DGM - BD and Operations Marketing DGM- Business Development, Operational Marketing for Wiring Devices, Home Builder Segment and Lighting Controls 1. Lead and manage all aspects of the Critical Systems Branch performance with as emphasis on growth and profitability of Wiring Devices and Lighting Control offers. 2. Has overall management responsibility of Business development and customer satisfaction. 3. The incumbent is expected to support a diverse team and develop strategies to achieve business performance and profitability and improve the market share. 4. Work closely with sales team to give direction to identify opportunities to build business value proposition for our existing, and potential new customer. 5. The incumbent is responsible for the development of a clear direction for the team to drive consistent with our overall corporate strategic direction but incorporates the unique needs of the branch business. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 6. Proactively manage the region P&L 7. Drive healthy product mix as per the guideline set by the Organization need. 8. Work closely with Retail and Project pipe and develop robust business strategy to deliver consistent business month on month. 9. Digital strategy with Architects/IDs, Electrical Consultant and Home Builder community to reinforce the business in the region. 10. Together with the Branch management team develop strategies to ensure business growth through effective account management and direct customer and market communication 11. Drive specification actions with Top influencers (Consultants and Architects) to bring in profitable business for the product categories 12. Define pricing strategy based on the competition and positioning of our brand 13. Excellent Digital Strategic drive 14. Excellent Team coordination and understanding the need and expectations of the team and support on time. 15. Strong presentation and effective written communication skills 16. Excellent customer service skills 17. Strong Business Development and technical skills 18. Clear understanding of Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin and delta price and their drivers The Person should have worked with Home Builders/Developers and should have min 5 years of Sales experience. The person should have also worked with Electrical Consultants or Architects for specifying their products.
