Designation - AGM - Machine Expert Program Manager

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 12 to 16 years

Qualification - BE or MBA

Role - People manager

Role & Responsibilities: -

- Manager able to Plan, direct and coordinate ADE activities.

- Good understanding of Industrial Automation with a wide knowledge of the targeted applications.

- Strong and Open competency to communicate with Customers, ADEs, PEs (Product Experts), SAEs (System & Architecture Experts), Local Sales and Marketing teams, Machine Solutions ADE Program and the Industry Business Marketing and Development teams.

- Manage relationship with internal partners.

- Manage ADE team to support the sales force and provide application design for a customer.

- Team empowerment and development for a country or several areas within a country.

- Business Units to enhance Industry Business product, system & solution offer.
