Job Description: Financial Performance & Analysis (FP&A) Controller,

Job Title: Region FP&A Controller
Department: Finance
Responsible to: GSC India Vice President Finance
Staff Supervised: Finance pool; responsibility shared with Financial Controller and one or two Finance executives.
Purpose: To act as a link between Finance and the business areas; preparing value added management information (MI) and advice to facilitate improved performance. The FP&A Controller is also responsible for forecasting and maintaining the planning and budgeting cycles and for production of the annual accounts.
Main Activities:
Role Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Ensuring timely and accurate Monthly HFM and AOC reporting.
- Providing financial and analytical input for driving the GSC India finance performance in line with targets and business plan. Validation of key business information like Volume growth drivers, productivity action plan, Head Count and Worked hour evolution. Monitoring working capital specially inventory. Monitoring of capital expenditure.
- Lead and Support the Team for the preparation of the forecast /annual Budget and ensuring reporting of same in web based financial reporting tool (AOC and HFM tool)
- Maintaining a robust, flexible and accurate driver-based quarterly business review process at GSC India level to ensure that the business is running in line with the budget and medium term plan, suggesting actions if it is not.
- Working with the business teams to collate business performance metrics and present them in a user-friendly format for management, including detailed COGS and margin analysis, Industrial decision support and new product support.
- Producing monthly management information reports, including monthly Finance dash Board reports, to support the monitoring and management of actual performance.
- Developing continuous improvements to support:
- Identifying key decision points where FP&A can reduce unnecessary, non-value-added work, and enhance collaboration with business partners.
- Developing teams for FP&A competency by providing necessary training and guidance
- Help identify innovative ways to present and use financial and management information to transform the way in which the organisation monitors and manages its performance
Qualification: ICWA with 10-12 years of experience
