Roles and Responsibilities
- The person will be responsible for BHR, ensuring the support to operation teams and employees.
- Resolving employee issues with established policies and aligned with corporate values.
- Collaborate with BU leads to act on priorities and provide solutions
- Liaise with stakeholders from other teams as required for seamless delivery on objectives
- Proactively discuss and propose new initiatives and changes in consultation with COEs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Training teams for smooth on-boarding and accelerated Development programs
- Implement BU specific processes and initiates
- Drive R&R program implementation
- Handled and support in End to end Recruitment process.
- Handed Employee Grievance and PMS Activities
