This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities For all the brands assigned - - Develop and lead the execution of marketing plans by working in tandem with external agency partners and internal stakeholders - Develop pricing and go to market strategies - Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions - Monitor market and consumer trends - Direct and manage all digital aspects of the brand development and execution - Coordinate all external communications with brands and partners - Oversee merchandising operations to ensure quality and efficiency are maintained - Complete ownership of the P&amp;L of the brand portfolio - Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall financial performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement - Manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget - Coordination of all functions from sales to logistics, consumer insights to marketing &amp; communications - Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI We- re looking for someone who - Has a Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing from a tier 1 b-school - Has 2+ years' brand management or marketing experience - Has a sound understanding of e-commerce, Digital Marketing, D2C, and marketplaces - Has strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport and perpetuate conversation with senior level management stakeholders and decision makers - Is a driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed - Has demonstrated hands-on experience in a brand management position in an FMCG firm managing digital initiatives - Has the ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines - Has a proven track record of building brand performance across digital channels - Is creative and has a bias for action - Has strong organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail - Has excellent written and verbal communications skills - Is open to international travel to client locations if necessary
