The ideal candidate requires strategic ecommerce experience across Joint Business Planning, Distribution, Portfolio, Commercial Excellence and driving sales.
A typical day will include:
- Building winning relationships with leading retailers by focusing on Marketplace and Pure players.
- Ensure clients brands are optimized to grow market share and transactions ahead of competition by activating best in class holistic ecommerce strategies that go beyond just media.
- Building and managing client relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution of portfolio brands across various b2c, b2b marketplaces
- Evaluate commercial models by looking at holistic choices on business including sales, marketing and supply chain fundamentals with marketplace partners and identify the right engagement model that drive growth for portfolio.
- Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals for portfolio brands across marketplace partners.
- Develop Short-term & long term strategies, and identify business - building chances to create shared value for Scale Global and Marketplace Partners.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
- Be the voice of the customer to our internal functions and clients.
- Improve our selling advantage by driving customer category growth and contributing to their category strategies.
- Manage small teams (1-3 people), depending on the role
Qualifications:
Preferred - experience in handling eCommerce from either platform or company - sales or marketing/media
Preferred - Experience/understanding of marketing, digital media and performance marketing
Understanding of FMCG industry or related similar industries in the consumer goods space
24-48 months of work experience
