The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):- To independently set up, manage, service and support - the business: a) Business Development, Sales Service and Coordination as the SBU Head for a defined SBU - Pitching directly with the L&D Heads/Talent Management Heads/CHRO's b) Manage and leverage customer relationships to grow and sustain business c) P & L Responsibility The Person (Candidate Details): i) Around 40 yrs (+/- 5 yrs) ii) Male / Female iii) Graduate + MBA preferred. iv) At least 5 years of Division / Regional / P&L head - Sales & Service experience, selling software solutions / HR Tech Solutions - Strong connects with L&D Heads/Talent Heads/CHROs v) Managed Business Development as a SBU Head - also New Businesses - B2B vi) Entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable. vii) Strong planning, effective coordination, service-oriented, customer-centric viii) Start-up, fast scale up, building a business, client retention ix) Assertive, Independent Go-getter, High drive & energy Work Experience: From 10 yrs TO 18 yrs
