Role: SBU Head/Cluster Head/Plant Head/Operations Head (for Guwahati) Company : A respected name in Manufacturing in India Location: Guwahati (a Localite would be preferred) CTC : up to 25 lacs Experience: 12-18 yrs of Mfg. plants preferably in FMCG/Beverages/Auto/Plastic Industry etc... Qualification: B.E (Manufacturing/Production/mechanical), PG degree in Adv manufacturing operation & Managerial education Such As MBA in Operation management will be an added advantage. Objective: The Role Holder is expected to lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. S/he will be accountable for ensuring safety, customer quality, and cost, productivity and delivery requirements. Requirements - - Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing. - Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen, lean manufacturing complex engineering and maintenance projects is required. - Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain. - Understanding of TS16949, IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001. - Membership of an appropriate industry related professional body would be advantageous.
