Position: Sub Vertical Head - Power

Position Summary

- This role requires extensive experience in Industrial Automation and Embedded System technology.

- This position will be the Sub Vertical Head / Business Leader to overview delivery process and operations for Power vertical and will be responsible for anticipation of Business growth and profitability.

- The work comprises of ensuring good Quality deliverable, high customer satisfaction, Risk anticipation and mitigation, high operational efficiency and resource management.

- The position will carry P&L responsibility of over $15Mn and more

Responsibilities:

- Delivery Monitoring and Reporting

- Customer Management

- Risk Management

- Carry Revenue and profits target

- Business & Revenue Generation

- Quality Management

- Represent organization in industry premium events to establish desired positioning

Experience:

- 20+ years in engineering services supporting Industrial Automation, Power

- Should have managed large /multi-location teams

Qualification:

- ME / M.Tech or BE / B.Tech in Mechanical and Power Domain
