SBICAP Securities - Strategy Manager

Job Description :

1. Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission

2. Define & implement key strategic project. Ensure all business projects are executed within defined timeline

3. Research competition to study threats and opportunities on key business parameters, products and services, innovations etc

4. Assess the companies operational and strategic performance

5. Align process, resource planning and department goal with overall strategy

6. Construct forecast and analytical model

7. Work closely with senior business managers and IT management to define and implement the strategic initiatives of the company

8. Prepare, monitor and control management dashboards

9. Report monthly/fortnightly/weekly strategic projects and key business nos.

10. Work on preparing business plan of the company in close coordination with CBO

Key requirements :

1. Proven experience as business consultant or strategic planner

2. In-depth understanding of market research and data analysis

3. Analytical mind with problem solving attitude

4. Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

5. Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
