Designation : Relationship Manager (E-Commerce)

Location : Mumbai.

Job Description :

1. Will be responsible for Sales in E Commerce.

2. Taking end-to-end responsibility of marketplace and B-2-B sales.

3. Take care of sales on/to Flipkart, Snapdeal, PayTM, Primarc (Amazon), Big Basket from PO till delivery.

4.Handling customer complaints coming from Marketplaces, RTOs, returns, B-2-B orders etc.

5. Should have knowledge on all the aspects of Marketplace that includes, catalogue management, order processing, shipment models, operations

Desired Candidate :

a. B-Tech / B.E (In Computer Science) / MBA in Marketing Management.

b. Technical Graduate will be preferred (BCA, B.Sc (IT) etc)

c. Minimum of 3 years experience in the area of e-commerce Relationship Role

d. Someone who is working in one of the Banks or Financial Institutions and closely coordinating with e-commerce Companies (alliances etc)

e. Flair for Business Development and Relationship Management

f. Good written and oral communication skills
