1) Develop strategies with respect to client acquisition, lead management and business development
2) Responsible for Revenue Targets
3) Liasoning & Networking with State Bank Home Loan/Car Loan Team
4) Analyse and report competitors strategies up ward on Promotions and Product Features
5) Preparation of sales forecasts and allocation of sales Budget to various regions
6) Manage MIS & Data Analytics along with creating Dashboards and Presentations for the vertical
7) Offer process guidance and support to all the regions across locations to ensure smooth functioning of business
8) Design and run Sales contests and drive the same across regions
9) Build, Nurture and Develop Teams to deliver the desired organization goals
10) To comply & adhere the set process
11) Quality Check and improved conversions
