SBI-SG Global Securities Services - AVP - Fund Accounting Services

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage operations of Fund Accounting activities for multiple clients and ensure stringent adherence to Regulatory requirements / Client SLAs.

- Independent coordination with various stake holders (both internal and external) viz. Auditors, Clients, Vendors, IT Team etc.

- Increase scaleability through various process transformations viz. process automations, standardisation of solutions etc. Actively solicit risk mitigating process controls for the operations.

- Assist Product team in developing new product and/or service lines.

- Maintain and nurture relationship with all clients, understand client requirement, pro-actively explore feasibility and address them deftly to ensure client delight.

- Assist Business Development team to acquire new clients through pre-sales and post -sales participations.

- Ensure team is well versed with the required knowledge and skill sets required for effective performance delivery. Arrange various on-the-job training programs for the team and create resiliency plans across various functions within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Sound knowledge of local regulations pertaining to Mutual Funds / PMS / AIF / Insurance / Hedge Funds.

- Sound functional knowledge of the functioning of the capital market and fixed income market.

- Knowledge of Multifonds would be an additional advantage.

- Effective leadership with requisite interpersonal skills necessary to develop, sustain and retain key talents or performers.

- Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in English, both oral and written.

- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands and communicate this effectively.

- Working knowledge of operational toolkit such as Python, RPA (BluePrism, Automation Anywhere), visualization (Tableau, Spotfire) and/or Digital Process Automation will be a plus.
