Learning & Development:
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with Stakeholders:
- Conduct regular TNA in collaboration with departmental stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Customize learning programs to address specific requirements of different teams.
Induction:
- Develop and enhance the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging induction programs to accelerate the learning curve.
L&D Programs for Frontline RMs and Branch Managers:
- Create targeted L&D initiatives for frontline Relationship Managers (RMs) and Branch Managers to enhance job-specific skills.
- Implement training programs that align with the unique challenges and responsibilities of these roles.
Leadership Programs for Senior and Mid-level Leaders:
- Design and execute leadership development programs for senior and mid-level leaders.
- Ensure programs focus on strategic leadership, change management, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Technical L&D Programs for Various Functions:
- Create specialized technical training initiatives tailored to different functions (e.g., IT, Engineering, Data Science).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and applicability of technical content.
ROI Measurement:
- Develop and implement methods to measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of L&D programs.
- Analyze data and feedback to continually enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Leveraging LMS for Scale:
- Oversee the effective utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate scalable delivery of training content.
- Stay updated on LMS advancements and implement improvements for a seamless learning experience.
SEBI & regulatory Guidelines Compliance:
- Ensure the implementation of mandatory courses as per SEBI guidelines and other regulatory compliances, achieving 100% audience participation.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and adapt training programs accordingly.
Employee Engagement:
Engagement Calendar Preparation:
- Develop and maintain an annual engagement calendar outlining various initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Align engagement activities with organizational objectives.
GPTW Survey Implementation:
- Manage the implementation of the "Great Place to Work" (GPTW) survey to gather employee feedback.
- Analyze survey results and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Pan-India Initiatives:
- Drive nationwide initiatives such as PRISM, Walkathon, and other engagement activities to promote a sense of community and well-being.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure uniform participation and impact.
DEI Initiatives Aligned to ESG Principles:
- Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
- Work towards creating an inclusive workplace that reflects diverse perspectives and values.
