Digital Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand as-is state and develop the overall product/customer strategy, channel mix, deployment, and constant improvement cycle for a critical business line

- Own the product roadmap (Web & Apps) and drive execution through an aggressive deployment cycle

- Breakdown customer journey (both online and offline) and user experience into metrics that can be measured, monitored, and influenced to build a seamless and intuitive experience for the customer

- Translate VOC, marketing feedback, strategic vision of the business, intuition, and inspiration into product features. Build the business case and prioritize based on data

- Develop quick prototypes/wireframes to demonstrate value and determine technical feasibility

- Work with development and design teams to develop an aggressive implementation schedule and drive the same

Skills & Competencies:

- A self-starter with a bias towards action and can break down complex problems to design elegant solutions

- A great team player and always puts the team before self and enjoys winning together

- Data obsessed. Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations. Also, educate cross-functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights

- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a heterogeneous and fast-paced environment

- At least 7-8 years of hands-on experience in a product management role having completed at least one full end-to-end deployment cycle. Experience in eCommerce or Fintech space will be a big plus

- Hands-on experience in web and data analytics

- Experience with design thinking with a focus on Digital Properties and technologies

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

- MBA and computer science background highly desired
