The Associate will work closely with the Lead L&amp;D to curate &amp; deploy new initiatives in L&amp;D across the Company. Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Content: Creating / implementing functional, behavioral, orientation, engagement programs - Content: Curating / Creating / Monitor learning journeys based on emerging training needs / manager feedback/ organization skill development needs - Coordination: Managing / Scheduling various training events - Coordination: Setting tasks and timelines / deadlines, effectively organizing and managing projects - Logistics: Facilitate / support live webinars and workshops - Learning Management System: Testing and deploying of learning content - Learning Management System: LMS administration (creating &amp; assigning courses / Follow-ups/ etc) - Database Management: Current database management / Produce Dashboard &amp; Reports - Marketing Management: Internal communication / templates for promoting the L&amp;D agenda Skills &amp; Competencies - A masters degree in HR / L&amp;D/ Behavioral Science (preferably from premier institutes) - 2-5 years of L&amp;D work experience - An innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new initiatives and high execution capability - Research Oriented professional with an ability to work independently, problem solve &amp; take initiative wherever required - Ability to work in a team &amp; collaborate with other peers &amp; stakeholders - Effective interpersonal communication skills. - Strong written and oral, formal and informal communications skills. - Intermediate to advance level skills on MS office.
