Development Centre Lead Job Description : - Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem solving and identify business solutions - Work with technical manager in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives, and ensuring projects meet the approved business requirements - Monitoring and controlling of digital asset to ensuring maximum uptime. - Manage and interact with developer and get the implementation done on time. - Manage requirements with the support of subject matter experts, identify all impacted groups, and track key project deliverables - Work with various teams of SBIMF, SBI and group companies, including Field, product, supervision, risk, controls, compliance, and legal teams in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives - Manage projects, as needed; clearly define project objectives; partner closely with technology (and other dependent resources) in communicating the business needs, and tracking/monitoring progress throughout the project life cycle - Develop and contribute concise communication materials for senior management - Work collaboratively with team members and across departments and staff areas - Manage requirements with the support of subject matter experts, identify all impacted groups, and track key project deliverables- Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility Personal Qualities : - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines - A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge - Fast learner, energetic and enthusiastic - Adaptable and flexible to business demands - Strong organisational and planning skills - Positive can-do attitude and Team player - Sound knowledge on project management life cycle. - Sound knowledge on secure code base implementation. Functional Skills and Experiences : - 12+ years of experience with of hands-on knowledge of web portal and mobile application development and delivery - Expert in Project implementation and creating Technical Architecture - Expert in management and implementation IT security policies and framework - Expert in end to end project implementation with role of project manager. - Extensive problem solving and debugging skills. - Hands on experience in implementation of Web Portal, Native and Hybrid Mobile and WebApp applications including Integrations with Third Party software using REST /XML based integration and API gateway implementation. - Hands on experience in implementation of latest software development implementation practices such as DevOps orchestration implementations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice - Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work. - Detailed project planning and control including - Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes Technical Skills and Experiences : - .Net Core 3,1 platform (C# Language) - Mobile Application (Native and Hybrid) development platform SWIFT, Cordova - React 16 and Angular 10 development platform - API Gateway IBM - Database Oracle 12G and SQL Server 2019 - CMS SharePoint 2019, Sitefinity - DevOps, Kubernetes, GitHub Education : - BE/MCA/BCA/BSc (IT/CS)
