Job Description:

Partners with Leadership & Senior Management Team to align HR strategy with business strategy Work closely with business leaders & function heads on variety of matters including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development and organizational design/restructuring.

Description for Internal Candidates:

- Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for all the functions on current and future staffing and skills needs.

- Actively participates in annual budget planning forecasting/MOU process with Function Heads & HR COE Lead, support & frontend the annual HR cycles with business on deliverables of performance management, merit increase, employee benefits, succession planning, promotions, Individual Development Plans etc.

- Build focus on identification, selection, and retention of best-in-class talent at Senior to Mid levels in the organization to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent. Build Recruitment strategy in partnership with the Recruitment team & build Onboarding plan Understand and anticipate the need for change in the organization (pertaining to people related matters), diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with relevant stakeholders.

- Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios etc. Keep up to date with external market trends and best practices in the areas of HR Business partnering & continuously drive improvements in processes and policies through insights gathered from benchmarking. Ensure legal compliances, by ensuring fair employment practices in the company specially with respect of employment equality, diversity issues etc.

- Act as an adviser to CPO by providing proactive and professional advice in relation to employment laws and the management of all employee relations matters, including POSH, Corrective Action Policy etc. Lead, manage & groom a team of mid to junior level Human Resource managers to ensure a robust pipeline of HR talent in the company.

- Overall Employee Engagement Score Voluntary Attrition Percentage MD & CEO, SMT Feedback on overall cross-functional collaboration Timely closer of HR cycles PMS, Rewards, Promotions etc.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and locations Strong interpersonal and influencing skills High on adaptability can work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups Personally resilient. Is able to dig deep and deal with disputed issues and ethical dilemmas.

- Excellent Communication Skills in (Human Resource Management) 10-15 Years of Experience Financial services/Insurance/Telecom etc.
