Educational qualification: Post-Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university, degree /diploma in human resource will be additional advantage.
Years of Experience - Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment and related processes
Preferred Industry type - BFSI, BPO, Recruitment agencies
Other Skill - Must have good working knowledge of MS office & excellent communication and negotiation skills
Brief JD of role:
1) Managing end-to-end hiring requirements & process for the assigned function(s)
2) Initial Screening and skill assessment of candidates as per job requirements for AVP & above level positions
3) Managing the off roles recruiters in terms of productivity (position allocation, sourcing pipeline, interview scheduling of interviews, feedback mechanism and offers)
4) Liaising with and managing empaneled vendor partners
5) Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined for the role
6) Perform any other task/assignment/project that may be assigned from time to time
7) Monitor performance of the team and make necessary amends if need be periodically
