Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - SBI Card & Payment Services
Monthly closing of books of accounts b. Analyze the trends of Key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to financial metrics such as CoC, Cost per Avg. CIF c. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances d. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecast e. Preparing annual budget for the functions assigned f. Preparing Monthly & Quarterly Deck g. Implement Business intelligence tool and dashboard reports h. Post-closing reporting to internal stakeholders (CS, IT & OPS) i. Ad-hoc business performance reporting j. Preparing SRO k. Preparing CBAs to help management in decision taking regarding capital investment l. Managing PR approvals and assuring PR are raised within budget and as per trend
Description for Internal Candidates:
a. Overall control and monitoring of Opex (All functions & at Organizational level)
- Effective supervision and tracking of costs for above functions
- Establish various cost metrics and benchmarks and track actual performance across above verticals
- Ensure budgetary control on actual expenditures
b. Purchase requisition process:
- Perform purchase order approval and cost monitoring processes across all functions at the preliminary level
- Ensure compliance of DOA policy during PR/PO process
- Liaise with units/verticals to ensure accurate recording of expenditures
c. Over all IT capex monitoring
- Oversight of all capital expenditure for IT function
- Ensure accurate recording under relevant heads
- Ensure all required approvals in place before capex approvals
d. Process enhancements and Automations
- Perform cost benefit analysis for new cost processes, initiatives and put for recommendations for approvals..
- Execute projects on system automations for operational efficiency
- Undertake regular strategic review of P&L for plugging inefficiencies/capacity planning
e. MIS preparation & drive Automation thereof
- Cost Classification, Functional Level cost, Cost to Income at Functional level - every month
- GL to Cost classification to Functional level at Quarterly interval
- New accounts with COA at detailed level at monthly interval
- Prepare Head count MIS at organizational/functional level
- Control of CDR mapping with cost lines
