SBI Card - Manager - Project Management/Business Excellence

Position Responsibilities Job Description :

- Improvement / Transformation Program Management "Identify and lead projects identified through assessments.

- Generate project reports, trend analysis and program results to identify impact to the expected project benefit.

Market Research :

- Benchmarking & Business process reengineering and automation/digitisation opportunities with in the organization."

- Value addition to the business "Generate Business and Customer impact through improvement initiatives (Finance and business vetted cost save, revenue generation, complaint reduction and csat improvement.etc,

- Internal consultant to business functions and organization through benchmarking and market research report outs and identification of opportunities for improvement.

- Particpation in external BE Forums such as RBNQA and ASQ ITEA"

- Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Count of improvement projects, business impact in terms of Cost save and Revenue enhancement, Csat improvement, Effeciency improvement, Innovation projects (related to Product, Service and Process)

Skills Sets Required :

- Analytical,facilitation and program management skills based on an improvement methodology

- Effective stakeholder management and communication

- Ability to understand AS IS processes and initiate process reengineering projects

- Ability to implement business excellence and change management frameworks

- Sound knowledge of tools, methodologies and frameworks of Business Excellence

- Trainer of improvement methodologies and ability to conduct workshops

- Innovative thinking and value addition to the business

- Must have Qualification Innovation Management and methodologies from a reputed company or institute for example Design Thinking

- Basic certifications in improvement methodology for operational and process excellence such as Lean

- Exposure to PMP project management methodologies
