Qualifications:--
- MBA degree from any reputed and recognized university/institution
- Overall work experience of 6 to 8 years
- Experience of Credit Cards or Financial services domain is an added advantage
- 6 to 8 years of progressive growth of responsibilities in financial services product management, including roles such as product development, cross sell products, portfolio management and assisting with P&L management.
- Should also be able to demonstrate effective grasp of the operational and regulatory environment in which he/she operates.
- Excellent execution and Analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross functional environment and create synergies
- Proven experience in launching of new products delivering effective, creative and innovative products.
- Proven ability to operate successfully across multiple groups and business owners.
Job Description:
- Drive top-line growth for cross sell products through effective portfolio interventions.
- Managing & tracking the portfolio health (P&L) for cross sell products in the portfolio.
- Channel Management to drive efficiencies between online/digital and telesales.
- Channel migration of existing portfolio to more cost-effective digital channel.
- Strategies for driving card spends, activation & usage through cross sell products.
- To conceptualize, scope, design, structure and launch new EMI based products and functionalities to augment Asset base.
- Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products. Responsible for Fee and Interest revenue for cross sell products in the portfolio.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Risk, Finance, compliance and legal teams for launching new programs and products.
- Liaison with external agencies to create crisp & clear communication for cross sell products. - Constant Tracking and evaluation of offers, promotions.
