SBI Card - Assistant Vice President - Premium Products

Job Role :

The Person shall be responsible for Premium cards Product Management and developing New Alliances / Partnerships & plan for event for premium customers. This role will also be responsible for tracking New Card Sales & implementing projects / contests to increase New Card Sales. Additionally, this role will liaison with partners for product management and profitability.

Position Responsibilities :

- Manage the existing premium card partnerships which includes tracking and managing product and program profitability

- Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information including extensive industry benchmarking engaging with various research firms

- Conceptualize and enhance value proposition of existing products while ensuring the competitive edge & with focus on evolving customer needs

- Responsible for tracking, reporting new card sales & implementing projects / liaison with partners for increase in new card sales

- Decide upon Product Positioning, Sales, and Branding & Communication strategy inoculation with other teams

- Responsible for P&L for allocated products in the portfolio

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products and functionalities

Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role) :

- Ensure the on plan target is met for spends, new accounts & other key product metrics

- Deliver seamless product and process execution

Relevant Experience in a field :

- Minimum 6+ years experience in product management in financial service industry
