SBI Card - Assistant Vice President - Marketing Analytics

DESCRIPTION

1. Support the X-sell team through analytics and campaign execution to promote various offers, enable fulfillment and tracking of different metrices

2. Responsible for timely deployment, execution and housekeeping of all the X-sell campaigns. Enhances and maintains the campaign management systems from accuracy and completion perspective.

3. Maintain a high level of engagement with business. Periodically prepare and communicate learning from campaigns, to ensures enhancements in campaigns construct, efficiency, execution procedure etc., when needed.

4. Understand and ensure compliance with the marketing campaign management process.

5. Ensures correction of campaign management process in the system, once process flow chart has been updated.

6. Perform analytics and provide insights on X-sell offers to enable business understand campaign performance and recommend improvements to offer constructs

7. Support the team in delivering various monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner

QUALIFICATIONS:-

At least 10 years of post qualification experience. MBA / Masters in Statistics or econometrics. Analytics Domain is compulsory. Can be looked across industry

SKILL SETS:

1. Energizing, Positive, Self starter & Proactive

2. Good communication skills with matured thought clarity

3. Ability to respond at short notices and deal with ambiguous environment

4. Should be keen to learn and explore tools, technology and other aspects of business

5. Understanding of econometrics / Statistics concepts

6. Proficiency in SAS, MS-Office.

7. Good knowledge of SQL

8. Credit card industry / Banking preferred but not mandatory

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

- Accuracy of figures reported

- timeliness of the analysis/ reports as per the need

- timeliness of the campaigns deployed/ reports as per the need

- Applicability of model developed
