Job Description - Analyzing all the card present and card not present transactions daily to establish fraud trends. - Timely publishing of all relevant MISs, Dashboard and doing on time case Allocations. - Proactively examining all the reported frauds, establishing their Modus & Finding CPP - Maintaining different databases in SAS for publishing reports and audit. - Developing SAS codes/SQL Queries to remove redundant activities in internal and external processes - Analyzing all the domestic and international merchants to establish suspicious activities and later blocking them for usage - Managing Projects to improve Process Efficiencies & Customer Experience within Detection Team. - Collaborating with domestic merchants (Wallets,E-Commerce etc) to improve our merchant reversal - Analyzing all the data of agents to improve their accuracy and TAT - Ensure review of all existing processes to increase Fraud Catch and decrease AFPR - Sharing accurate base data file with the stakeholders within defined TAT Take up Automation &amp; RPA projects to streamline internal Processes Skills Required - Candidate must be working on Data extraction, MIS reporting etc., - Having sound understanding of Credit Card Fraud vectors - Worked on SAS/ SQL/ Excel/ PPT/Fraud Analytics - Working on Fraud management tool will have added advantage - Will be well versed with Fraud rule creation &amp; mapping the performance - Conversational in English and Hindi. - Quick learner of new systems / technology - Good organizational skills - Confident and can take decisions under pressure Qualification: - B. Com, BTech, BCS, BE, BSc, MBA, MCA, MSc, PGDM
